I offer coaching because fitness changed my life.

I was once the skinny kid with no confidence. Training gave me strength, discipline, and belief in myself. Over the past 16 years, I’ve tried it all, different programs, diets, and approaches and learned one core truth: every body operates differently. There is no one-size-fits-all formula.

Alongside this journey, I’ve spent 11 years as a firefighter. Living in constant fight-or-flight taught me what real stress does to the body, high cortisol, poor sleep, mental fatigue, and burnout. Through experience, study, and self-experimentation, I’ve learned how to manage stress, protect mental health, and build longevity while still performing at a high level.

Helping people is deeply wired into who I am. It’s likely why firefighting felt like a calling from a young age. Now, I help in a different way by guiding people towards better health, higher energy, resilience under stress, and a body they feel confident in. My goal is simple: help you feel more alive, perform better, look and feel your best, without burning yourself into the ground.
